Good times for me!!

While I am sad to report that my Spring Break has dwindled down to only 3 days I do have great news! Just now, after returning from my job interview at a small mini mart for a part time job, I am psyched to say - I MAY HAVE A JOB!!!! What's REALLY great about this job though is that it pays $8 an hour!! And for someone like me who's going through the last months of high school and really needs the extra cash, I really need this! My last job only paid like $6.50 or something like that, and that store was much larger than the one I will be hopefully at! Next week, I'll be called in for an orientation of some sort with the Senior Managers - yes, I am nervous about that! - but then by that following weekend, I should be looking into training!! Following this, Mom says that my drivers license is in order and a car so I can finally be getting around on my own! Yes, I guess, as it's said, good things do come to those who wait. Believe me, I've been waiting for a LONG time for something good to come around!

Well, that's all for now. I, unfortunately, have school work to finish but with the thought of the job and finally making some well needed cash, my spirits can't be brought down!
